پِنَنِ ڪِينَ پَٽُ کَڻِي، گُهرَنِ ڪِينَ گهَران،
مَھيسِي مَخلُوقَ جي، اُڀِيَنِ دُورِ دَران،
پُڇَنِ توءِ شَرَعَ، جَي عَدالَتَ اُنِ کي.

پِنَنِ ڪِيْنَ پَٽُ کَنِيْ کُرَنِ ڪِيْنَ کَـرَا﮶
مَھٖيْسِيْ مَخْلُوْقَجٖيْ اُڀِيَنِ دُوْرِ دَرَا﮶
پُڇَنِ تُوْءِ شَرَعْ جٖيْ اَندَّرِ عَدَالَةَ اُنِکٖيْ﮶
ھِي بيت ٻين سھيڙيندڙن وٽ ڏِسو
TRANSLITERATION
सिन्धी देवनागिरी
पिननि कीन पटु खणी। गुहरनि कीन घरां।
महेसी मख़्लूक़ जे। उभ्यनि दूरि दरां।
पुछनि तोए शरअ। जे अंदरि अदालत उनि खे।
ROMAN SINDHI
Pana'n ken'a patt khan'ey, Ghu'ran kein Ghura'an,
Mahe'seiy makhlok'a jay, ubhein door'r dar'an,
Puchan to'h sha'ra, jay adalat'a un'n khey.
TRANSLATIONS
They do not beg with a bowl in their hands, nor do they approach any house for alms.These followers of Shiv avoid to go to human dwellings. They are not mindful of the law of Sharah, as (Allah’s) court (conscience) is housed within them, and they receive guidance from it regularly. (They know inwardly without referring to Sharah that beggary is obnoxious).
TRADITION: To beg is tantamount to cause injury to one’s own face. Supplication means self-infliction of injury.
Note: (1) This verse amplifies the verse No.1 ante.
They beg not from door to door, nor do they carry begging bowl,
Worshippers of the Lord, stand far from peoples' door,
Why ask for form of religion, when their conscience is God's court?
هم يحملون القدح ولاكن لايتسولون من بيوت الناس.
عابدون يعبدون ربهم يقفون بعيدون من بيوت الناس.
لماذا يستفسرون عن الشرع والمحكمة عندهم ويحكمون على أنفسهم لأن ضمائرهم نظيفة ويعرفون الحكم.
نہ تو کاسوں میں کچھ مانگیں، نہ دامن پھیلائیں،
کسیے یار مہیسی جوگی، اور کے در پر جائیں،
فتویٰ کیوں دلوائیں، ہے من میں لگی عدالت۔
