Even though the Baluchis have got back to their native land, they are indelibly impressed on my mind here. Their mounts were cloven footed (camels) which delighted in speed. Their continued silence kept me unaware (of their movements), with the result that later I had to wonder amidst mountains in their trail.

The camel riders reached their land, yet in my heart they dwell,
Movement of camels with paws like four feet give me joy,
These dumb creatures' silence brought me to the rocks.

Though the camel men are away at home,
They are immersed in my heart,
Their camels took pleasure in their cloven-foot strides,
As the camels were silent, I had to walk over mountains.
