ڤِرِئَا پَسِيْ ڤِيْنُ کَرِئَنِ کِيْرُ نَچَکِئُوْ﮶
دُنِيَا ڪَارَنِ دِيْنُ وِڃَائٖيْ وِلَا ٿِئَا﮶
ھِي بيت ٻين سھيڙيندڙن وٽ ڏِسو
TRANSLITERATION
सिन्धी देवनागिरी
फिरिआ पसी फीणु। खरिअनि खीरु न चखिओ।
दुनिया कारणि दीनु। विञाए विलहा थिआ॥
ROMAN SINDHI
Phirya passeee Phenn'u, khariyan kheer'u chakhiyo,
Duniyaa kaarann deen'u, winjaaye wilha thiyaa.
TRANSLATIONS
They saw the foam and went astray at its sight. They did not taste the milk beneath it. They bartered their religion for (the attractions of) the world and certainly they were the losers in the bargain.
These are they who have taken work in exchange for guidance. But their Naffs has brought them no gain, nor are they rightly guided.

Beguiled ones not tasting milk, preferred its froth,
They lost the hereafter, for this world joy.
They saw only foam and got confused, they did not taste the milk,
They lost religion for the world, and went broke.
الضالون أبصروا ورؤوا الرغوة المطفئة فوق الحبيب وتحيروا وتدهوروا ولم يذوقوا ويطمعوا طعم الحلبيب هم ضيعوا خزينة روحانية بسبب لذات وشهوات الدنيا.
جھاگ ویکھ کے پرتے، مندے چکھیا ددھ نہیں
دنیا کارن دین ونجا کے ہوگئے اکا چٹ
جھاگ تو دیکھی سب نے لیکن، دودھ کو چکھ نہ پائے،
دین کو دنیا کے بدلے وہ، یارو! بیچ کے آئے۔
